Processing time refers to how long it takes us to create, print, prepare, and package your order before shipping.

APPAREL (T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts)

Custom or Personalized Orders

⏳ 5–7 business days
(Depending on the level of customization)

DTF Prints, Accessories & Digital Items

⏳ 2–4 business days

Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or high-demand seasons — but we always work fast and communicate clearly.

⭐ SHIPPING TIMES

Once shipped, delivery times vary by location:

UNITED STATES

📦 3–6 business days

INTERNATIONAL

🌍 6–12 business days (plus possible customs delays)

Shipping carriers may include:

• USPS

• UPS

• FedEx

• DHL (for certain international orders)

⭐ TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive:

⭐ SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Your location

• Weight of the items

• Number of items

• Carrier rates

We do not control carrier price changes.

⭐ DELIVERY ISSUES & MISSING PACKAGES

We are not responsible for:
❌ Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
❌ Stolen packages marked “delivered”
❌ Delays caused by USPS/UPS/other carriers
❌ Packages stuck in customs (international)

If your package says “Delivered” but you can’t find it:
✔ Check with neighbors
✔ Check with household members
✔ Check around your mailbox/porch
✔ Contact your local post office
✔ File a claim with USPS/UPS if needed

We will assist you as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements for courier errors.

⭐ ADDRESS CHANGES

If you entered the wrong address:
Email us within 1 hour at:

We will update it ONLY if your order has not begun processing.
Once printed or shipped, changes cannot be made.

⭐ WRONG / DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS

If you receive:

• A damaged item

• The wrong item

• Something missing from your order

Please email us within 48 hours with:
📸 Photos of the issue
🧾 Your order number

We will correct it immediately with love and urgency.

⭐ CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL FEES

International orders may require additional customs fees depending on your country.

These fees:

• Are NOT included in our shipping rates

• Are NOT charged by Love & Lyrics Designs

• Must be paid by the customer
