Every order is created with intention, care, and love. Because many of our items are custom or made-to-order, we have policies in place to protect both our customers and our small business.

Please review our guidelines below.

⭐ RETURNS

Can I return my item?

We accept returns on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
✔ Item must be unworn
✔ Item must be unwashed
✔ Item must be in its original condition
✔ You must have proof of purchase

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.

⭐ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Because these items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

❌ Custom orders
❌ Personalized designs
❌ Names, dates, or special-request prints
❌ Made-to-order apparel
❌ Digital products
❌ Sale items
❌ Gift cards

We appreciate your understanding as handmade and custom pieces cannot be restocked.

⭐ EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my item?

Yes — for non-custom items, exchanges are allowed within 7 days if the size you need is available.

✔ Customer pays return shipping
✔ Replacement ships once the original item is received

If we made a mistake, we’ll correct it immediately at no cost to you.

⭐ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Email us within 48 hours

2. Include photos of the issue

3. Include your order number

4. We will replace the item at no cost

We fix all mistakes quickly and with love.

⭐ CANCELLATIONS

Because we begin processing orders quickly:

• Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase

• Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started

Please double-check names, sizes, and designs before completing checkout.

⭐ REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is approved and received:

• A refund will be processed to your original payment method

• Please allow 3–7 business days depending on your bank

We do not offer refunds for:
❌ Custom orders
❌ Shipping fees
❌ Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

⭐ LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once USPS/UPS marks your package as delivered, we are not responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages

• Wrong addresses entered by the customer

If your package is missing, we recommend:
✔ Checking with neighbors
✔ Checking with household members
✔ Contacting USPS/UPS directly
✔ Filing a claim if needed

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee refunds for courier errors.
