How long does it take to process my order?

Processing times vary depending on the product:

• Apparel (tees, hoodies, sweatshirts): 3–5 business days

• Custom designs / personalized orders: 5–7 business days

• DTF prints & accessories: 2–4 business days

We work fast, but everything is created with care and intention.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! Custom work is one of our specialties.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can only make changes within 2 hours of placing your order since many items begin production quickly.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once created.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items.

Custom items, personalized designs, and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Yes — if the size is available.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless an error was made on our part.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Email us immediately with photos and your order number.
We will fix it with love and urgency.
